Katrex Technologies handles refunds based on the type of work, the stage of the project, and the agreed milestone structure.
Refund stance
- Discovery, consultation, setup, research, and completed milestone work are generally non-refundable once performed.
- If a payment was made for work that has not started and the project is cancelled, a refund may be considered according to the project terms.
- No refund is available for delays caused by missing inputs, approvals, or access from the client side.
- Third-party platform charges, ad spend, hosting, domain purchases, or tool subscriptions are not refundable by us once paid to the provider.
Partial refunds
Where a project is stopped mid-way for reasons outside our control, we may review the completed portion and any recoverable balance on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a review
Email support@katrex.in with the invoice, project name, and a clear explanation of the request. We will review it and reply with the outcome or any clarification needed.
