Katrex Technologies is a proprietorship firm based in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. These terms apply to the website and to service engagements unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Service scope
- The scope of work is limited to what is written in the proposal, estimate, email confirmation, invoice, or signed agreement.
- Any work outside that scope may require a revised estimate or timeline.
- Project timelines depend on client feedback, access, and approvals.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, approvals, and account access needed for the work.
- Ensure any materials shared with us can be used for the project.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
Payments and deliverables
- Invoices are due according to the terms stated for the project.
- Work may pause if payments are overdue or if required inputs are not provided.
- Deliverables are transferred according to the agreement and only after applicable payments are received.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final paid deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, methods, and internal know-how remain with Katrex Technologies.
